Position: Mid - Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Mid - Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating captivating user interfaces and seamless user experiences. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and design requirements.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand identity and best design practices.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively refine and enhance design solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive innovation in our projects.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistently high-quality design work.

- Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creative thinking.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing methodologies.

- Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting user testing sessions.

- Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

- Experience in designing for web and mobile applications, with a deep understanding of mobile-first design approaches.

Tech and Tools:

- Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools
